Gabi Klaes recently obtained Summary Judgment in a personal injuries claim brought against her security company client. Plaintiff alleged that the security company should have known that the elevator in which Plaintiff was an occupant was not functioning properly or was otherwise unsafe. Ms. Klaes argued that the security company had no responsibility to control, maintain, or inspect the elevators on the premises. Fulton State Court Judge Eady agreed and granted Summary Judgment.
