Professional Profile

During college and law school, Sam worked as a certified driving instructor, where he instructed 30 hour classes that satisfy Joshua’s Law requirements for teenagers seeking their driver’s license in Georgia. He now utilizes this unique training and experience when litigating automobile and trucking liability cases. In addition, Sam’s practice is devoted to providing timely and effective legal defense in medical malpractice and other general liability claims, including premises liability and negligent supervision.

Sam is a proud double dawg, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law (2017) and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia (2013). While in law school, Sam participated in the UGA Business Law practicum, interned at the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, served as a research assistant for Professors Christian Turner and David Shipley, and was a teaching assistant for Dean Usha Rodrigues and Professor Dan Coenen. Sam received CALI awards in Contracts and Property and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to beginning law school, he moved to Trujillo, Peru, where he taught Spanish at the Universidad Cesar Vallejo.
